Casagrand To Develop 2.74 Msft Of Residential Communities In Hyd
A villa project with 21 homes spread across 3.92 acres, a high-rise community, an apartment with 579 units, and another villa community, are currently in the pipeline

Hyderabad: Casagrand, a real estate developer, unveiled its plan to further strengthen its presence in Hyderabad market with the addition of 2.74 million sft of residential communities that will be built across key locations like Mankhal, Attapur, Gowdavalli, and Kompally.
Commenting on the occasion, Arun MN, Founder and Managing Director, Casagrand, said: “Casagrand is happy to strengthen its presence by introducing 2.74 million sft. The Founder further said, “We are launching new projects, which range from apartments to boutique luxury villas, setting new benchmarks, offering modern amenities, and a living experience like never before.” Casagrand entered the Hyderabad market in the year 2023 with its premium villa community, Casagrand Hanford, in Mamidipally, within the Outer Ring Road. “After the success of Hanford, we have announced the launch of two projects, Casagrand Evon in Kompally and Casagrand Windsor Court in Mankhal. Casagrand Evon boasts 579 well-designed homes with more than 100 amenities spread across a 6.8-acre property, offering spacious units that cater to modern homebuyers, starting at a price of Rs1.4 crore,” Arun added.
Speaking about the Casagrand Windsor Court, Arun informed that the villa community in Mankhal features 21 exclusive villas spread across 3.92 acres in South Hyderabad, offering 4 and 5 BHK villas in a G+2 structure, each with a private garden and terrace. The project offers over 25 amenities, including a zen garden, a rooftop swimming pool, and others, with prices starting from Rs 4.2 crore onwards.
Apart from these projects, the company has a high-rise community in Attapur and a villa community in Gowdavalli, in the pipeline.
